Spencer Pratt is 26 years old and is Heidi's fiance. They met through "Princes of Malibu" star, Brody Jenner. They became engaged in the Summer of 2007. He grew up in Malibu and Pacific Palisades. His dad is a dentist. Spencer attends USC, where he majors in Political Science.
It's obvious that Spencer is head over heels for Heidi. He even shot her first video for "Higher"! Spencer's father is a dentist and paid for the home that Heidi and Spencer live in. Their couple name is "Speidi" :)
