Heidi and Spencer were spotted today at Los Angeles International Airport, heading off on another trip together, where they are sure to be photographed doing something coupley and adorable.

There are some lists that it’s  better not to make — worst dressed, worst tippers, and Forbes’ annual Most Over-Exposed Celebrities.

This year, our own Heidi Montag just made it on the list, grabbing the 10th spot. According to the article:

“Heidi and Spencer have turned overexposure into an art form,” says In Touch Editor-in-Chief Richard Spencer, who marvels at the flashbulb-focused lovers’ vast numbers of petty feuds and photo ops.

Levine agrees. “Heidi and Spencer are the ones that really understand, more than anyone else, what it takes,” she says. “They’re unabashedly unashamed about being completely overexposed.” And their reward for it: Still more exposure.

If the list had been expanded to include the 15 most over-exposed celebrities, Heidi would’ve been joined by beau Spencer in the #12 spot.

We all know that there are few things Heidi and Spencer love more than a romantic dinner date together.

However, the couple’s plan for a romantic meal for two last Friday ran into some problems when the couple was pulled over by a police officer on their way to the restaurant. The young couple was pulled over for not properly displaying their license plate and were subsequently given a ticket.

After the traffic stop, the duo continued on to the restaurant — “The Cut” at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where Spencer had some newly learned wise words: “Don’t break the law. Display your License Plate.”

Don’t fret and don’t listen to the rumors that The Hills won’t be returning for a 5th Season.

Audrina Partridge had this to say about the upcoming Season of The Hills: “”We have fun with each other and we’ve stuck it out this long, so we might as well do another one.”

We can’t wait to see what delicious drama, gossip, and stories come forth in the 5th Season.

Despite publicly supporting the Republican candidates in this years election, Heidi Montag and boyfriend Spencer Pratt are coming out against the Republican supported ‘Proposition 8′ which seeks to ban gay marriage in California.

In a recent interview Spencer was quoted as saying, ” “Like I’ve always said: Heidi’s hair and makeup people are some of my favorite homosexuals on the planet, and if they want to marry each other, I’m not about to be like, ‘Don’t’. ”

Heidi added her two cents saying,   “I’m very for equal rights.”

You’ve seen them on The Hills, now Heidi and Spencer are going to make their non-reality TV debut on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother.

The toothy twosome recorded a guest spot this Wednesday for the successful sitcom. Heidi and Spencer play themselves of course, the premise being that they are featured on the cover of ‘Them Weekly’ (a satirized version of US Weekly) and they pop out of the magazine, coming to life. Spencer explained they then “taunt the  show’s star, Jason Segel, over his bathroom issues.”

The episode, which will air on January 12th, will also feature reality tv star Kim Kardashian. Heidi says, “ We are very excited to be on the show.” With Spencer adding, “It’s the greatest show, besides ‘The Hills,’ on TV. It’s an honor and privilege. I like it here. This is our first cameo. We’re making history.”

It seems Montag was fired from her fake job on The Hills.

As we found out on the show this week….

It went something like this:

Heidi got a fake job at an event production company. She was supposed to help man the door for an event one night with her co-worker Kimberly.

But instead of actually “working”, Heidi decided to party with Spencer Pratt, his sister, and even Audrina Patridge and that loser she’s always filmed with.

And then the co-worker says to Heidi, “This is going to be high stress. This [event] is a big one.”

But by then Heidi had already pretended to drink three cocktails before her party crew even arrived.

So, of course, the next day she met with her supervisor and guess how it went?

Heidi said, “I thought that when everything was done and over with, I could drink.”

To which she was told, “I don’t have really much of a choice. Get your bag and get your stuff. I’m firing you.”

Poor, poor Heidi.

The Hills stars Heidi and Spencer may cameo in an upcoming episode of How I Met Your Mother, which would likely air sometime in December, reports Zap2It.

Their scenes would be with Marshall (Jason Segel), which they’re reportedly psyched about, being big Forgetting Sarah Marshall fans.
